Yes! We provide delivery with a minimum order value of $50 around Little Falls, NJ and the surrounding communities. This includes but is not limited to Wayne, Totowa, Clifton, Upper Montclair, Fairfield, Cedar Grove, North Caldwell, and Woodland Park.
Our delivery fee is based on the recipient’s zip code.
We guarantee our fresh flowers for the first 48 hours after delivery. In the event you are unsatisfied with the florals you received and would like a refund or replacement, it is our policy that the florals are returned to us. This allows us to see what went wrong and we will either remedy the issue or issue a refund to the purchaser.
Each plant and flower is unique, therefore, no two designs can be identical. The style, types of flowers, design and container will be the same or similar. Once an order is placed we use our florals which are brought in fresh throughout the week.
Because of the perishable nature of flowers along with circumstances beyond our control -ie weather, politics, air travel/customs delays ect. some florals may not be available at the time of ordering and we will do our best to substitute flowers or greens that match both the style, coloring, and value of what was ordered.
Keep the container filled with clean, fresh water. If you received a bouquet, we suggest giving the stems a small trim upon receiving and then refreshing the water every 3 days and recutting the stems to prolong the life of your bouquet. If you received a floral arrangement in floral foam, you can add fresh water to the foam daily to prolong the life of your arrangement.
Please keep all florals away from direct sunlight, heat sources, air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
