Returns

• Flowers, cakes, plants, and personalized gifts are non-returnable due to their perishable and customized nature.
• Returns may only be accepted in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the order placed.
• Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product for verification.

Refunds

Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:

• Order cancellation before dispatch or preparation
• Delivery of damaged or incorrect products
• Non-delivery of the order due to issues from our end

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
• Same-day delivery orders, midnight deliveries, and customized products may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has started.

Non-Refundable Situations
